Who these messages are for
These terms cover text messages sent by Lombardi Electric Inc. to people who work for Lombardi Electric. We do not send text messages to customers, suppliers or anyone outside our own payroll, and we do not sell, rent or share phone numbers with anyone.
What we send
- Dispatch notifications — where to report for work, when your jobsite assignment changes.
- Service call assignments — when an emergency service call is assigned to you.
- Timesheet reminders — a weekly reminder if your timesheet has not been submitted.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages of any kind.
How you opt in
Text messages are off unless you turn them on. Sign in to the employee portal, open My Profile, and tick SMS Notifications Opt-In. Nothing is sent to your phone until you do. The date you opted in is recorded against your employee record.
How you stop them
Two ways, and either one works on its own:
- Reply
STOPto any message. - Untick the box in My Profile and save.
Reply HELP to any message and you will get a reply telling you
who we are and how to reach us. Opting out of text messages does not affect
your job, your pay, or anything else in the portal — you will simply get
the same information by email and from your superintendent instead.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on how often your work changes. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Lombardi Electric does not charge you for these messages and does not reimburse carrier charges.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that a message will arrive, so these texts are a convenience and never the only way we tell you something that matters.

Changes
If what we send or how it works changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
